RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1/Rental Period : Prices are for a 24-hour rental period
2/Payment process :
Booking Deposit : Pay 50% of the total value upon confirmation
Balance Payment : The remaining balance is due after the event (As agreed)
A security deposit for potential loss or damage . This will be fully refunded after final inventory
3/Condition :
Loss & Damage
Broken/Chipped items : Charged at market replacement cost
Lost items : Charged at 100% replacement value
4/Delivery fee:
Zone 1 (Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby) – $50
Zone 2 (North Van, New West, Surrey, Tri-Cities) – $75
Zone 3 (Langley, Maple Ridge, Delta) – $100
Zone 4 (Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack) – $150+
